Why choose APFS?
We want our projects to be as easy and stress free as possible, and that's why we've developed the new online Christmas card project. Parents pay online so you don't have to handle money or fill out class envelopes or school order forms. As a result, we've been able to reduce our prices and increase fundraising amounts to make the project as valuable as possible.
Overview of the project
Celebrate Christmas in your school by letting children design their very own Christmas cards, gift tags and wrapping paper which they can have professionally printed for parents, friends and family to treasure forever. The project gives children an opportunity to be creative and celebrates their efforts and achievement. The school also raises much needed funds from the orders made by parents.

How does the project reduce admin?
When speaking to our customers, the most frequent negative about running the project was how time consuming it was to collect payments and to fill out the paperwork.
To remedy this, we've moved the collecting of payments away from the school by introducing an online shop for parents to order and make payment. Not only does this mean you, as the organiser, no longer have to handle cash and cheques, but it also means that the system can calculate the orders - meaning you no longer have to fill out any paperwork!
How does the project work?
Once the artwork has been created, the unique artwork label with each child’s details in capital letters needs to be completed. Artwork must then be sent to APFS for scanning on agreed date, artworks after this date will not be accepted. The artwork will then be sent back to schools. The parents will then be able to go on and order.
Parents visit www.apfsorders.co.uk before the School’s order deadline date. Once on the site, parents must input the unique code and child’s name from the child’s artwork to begin the process. From there, the parent can personalise their order before payment is made using a credit or debit card.
Do the projects cost the school any money to complete?
NO! Parents pay for their items online and then we send you a fundraising cheque, or payment can be made via bacs before the end of term. With this method, the school does not need to handle any cash or cheques from parents.
Can I use any materials to produce our artworks?
Yes! Unlike some other suppliers, we scan all artworks individually which ensures not only a higher quality print, but also means there are no limitations in artwork materials. The only medium we advise against is glitter or highly reflective materials as it doesn't always reproduce very well.
Will Late orders or reorders be accepted?
No late artworks will be accepted via POST or EMAIL. Reorders can be placed via our online shop using the code on the back of your printed cards.
